1. Purpose of Data Collection

ClickShield collects data for the purpose of click fraud prevention and Google Ads campaign optimization. Collected data is not used for any other purpose.

2. Data We Collect

• IP address and network information
• User-Agent (browser and operating system information)
• Browser fingerprint
• Click behavior patterns (click timing, frequency, intervals)
• Google Ads campaign and click-related metadata

3. Data Usage and Retention

Collected data is used in click fraud detection algorithms. Based on detection results, campaign exclusion IPs are automatically managed through the Google Ads API. Data is retained during the service period and deleted immediately upon user request.

4. Google API Services Usage

ClickShield complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. Users can revoke ClickShield's access permissions at any time through their Google Account security settings page. ClickShield's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

Google user data and other personal information are processed only within the ClickShield service operated by BearLabs and are used solely for the purposes of providing Google Ads integration approved by the advertiser, detecting invalid clicks, automatically applying IP exclusions, and handling service security and incident response. This data is not sold, used for advertising targeting, profiling, or resale. However, it may be processed on a limited basis by infrastructure providers such as cloud hosting, data storage, security, and logging vendors to the extent necessary to provide the service, and it may be disclosed where required by law or a valid legal request.

6. Data Protection Measures

The Service protects Google user data and other sensitive information using HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, and applies encryption or equivalent safeguards to OAuth tokens and other sensitive credentials at rest. Access to this data is limited to the minimum personnel and systems required for service operations, and the Service requests only the minimum Google Ads permissions needed. If a user disconnects the integration or revokes permissions, related access rights and stored data are deleted or disabled in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
